An interesting tour from the highest hut in the Fagaras Mountains to the highest mountain in the Southern Carpathians/Fagaras. I would describe the crossing from Vistea Mare to Moldoveanu as moderately difficult. Definitely doable. Unfortunately, the Cabana Sambatei is broken, so crossing the Fagaras with hut accommodation is difficult. You have to go back from Moltoveanu to Cabana Podragu.
