The tent base in Lubań is run by the Student Mountain Guides Association from Krakow. It is one of the oldest student bases in our mountains and probably the oldest one that is still operating. It stood for the first time in a clearing under the Lubań peak in 1967. The base is located at an altitude of 1,200 m above sea level.
