If you continue on the bridge, you follow the official path, if you go down to the right, it lengthens a little but you pass near a mill and a narrow road that crosses the water (indicated as complementary)

First stage of the English way (up to Santiago de Compostela) starting from Ferrol. The stage is a bit shorter than the official one due to the forced stop at the hotel which is 1 km before Neda (official arrival)

Our first day: GREAT!!!!🤩
Not too warm, cloudy 23°, always a light breeze, good atmosphere, nice restaurants along the way and of course we had to go to the GOLDEN M (much cheaper than in Germany)😉
All in all, it was a successful start to our first Camino de Santiago!

After arriving in Ferrol this afternoon, we took advantage of the great weather (sun, light wind), walked to the start and then set off. From Ponto we took the Monbus back. A great first tour! The back and forth at the beginning was the way to the official starting point.
