You should just stay down there by the sea. The route away from the coast is completely dull and boring. Most of the time it just goes along ugly asphalt roads and loveless houses. It's better to walk back and forth along the sea. It's not a round trip, but you'll save yourself the disappointment.

My short breaks under the motto "Hiking instead of Christmas" are now in their fourth year and have become a lovely tradition. 😊

This year I chose Tenerife. My first visit to the Canary Islands, and I'm thrilled.

My first hike took me from my hotel inland to the north coast.

I really liked the tour. Small winding paths, a pub above only with locals. The weather, above all, the wind that prevailed at that time was not there.
Lots of things to see (if you walk around with your eyes open).
All in all a tour that you can really recommend.
