Chestnut Lane Byway and Ford

Highlight (Segment) • Trail

The bottom section up to the ford is paved but has been taken back by nature, narrow and muddy in places. Watch out for the edges into the stream which may be kerb stones beneath the undergrowth. The ford is broken up and not easy to traverse on a gravel bike. Above the ford is sealed road.
