Great walk around the lake. Unfortunately, someone forgot to put the plug back in. There was no water in it 😂. Also, it was much too crowded for my taste. Otherwise, it was a nice walk. Escaped the madness in Rechberghausen.

Even if we have hiked several times at the Herrenbachstausee, it is always nice to walk there and breathe fresh air. Especially since the weather was great. Today we decided to do the longer tour around the two halves of the lake - and we didn't regret it ;-)

The starting point was the Mittelmühle, where we initially bought various Advent and Christmas decorations. At the end we enjoyed a delicious mulled wine in a contemplative Advent atmosphere.

In between, the focus was on circling the Herrenbach reservoir, as well as exploring the newly created marble runs. We roamed the forest stalking trail with childlike enthusiasm.
