Here, we have a nice view of the forest. In the distance we can see the Cross of Lorraine, a monument that pays homage to the resistance fighters of the Second World War.

A superb hike -1 hour from Paris. Incredible, thousands of huge rocks, to do and redo, impeccable markings;👋.

500 m difference in altitude but only rock
Recommendations:
- no poles needed
- only do it in dry weather
- good physical condition
- bring water and supplies
- red markings to follow but a map and/or a GPS app is a significant plus
And above all, have fun 😉

Fairly sporty course when you want to respect the course by climbing all the bumps of the circuit. But a workaround exists for most of them. In hot weather, however, be careful where you put your feet...
But let's remember the best and the major interest of this circuit: superb views at the top of certain bumps...

The markup is always more or less difficult to follow...

Hello Komooters, Today, Sunday, a hike 1 hour from Paris, meeting in the Fontainebleau forest for the 25 bumps with 800 m of elevation gain accompanied by locals. A few aches and pains are expected for the next few days. Great weather and atmosphere, 👋.
