Balcón de Pilatos Viewpoint

Highlight • Viewpoint

A place that you cannot miss visiting if you are in the Urbasa-Andia Natural Park. You will have the best panoramic views of the entire Park and if you stay with little taste you can extend your route to reach the waterfall and the source of the Urredera River, another wonderful place.

Ubaba Viewpoint (Pilatos Balcony)

Highlight • Viewpoint

The real name is Mirador de Ubaba although it is better known as Balcón de Pilatos. The name Mirador de Baquedano is not used, so it would be good to change the name.

And this time I was on a karst plateau again, and on the way there, this weekend, there were a few sporty road cyclists on the road uphill.
There were some remains of dolmens (prehistoric tombs) to see, and a few vultures were flying around. And they came closer than at the Foz de Lumbier.
It was beautiful!
