Schleifmühlenklamm Waterfalls

Highlight • Waterfall

The Schleifmühlklamm is always beautiful. It is nice and shady and cool here, especially in summer. If you have dogs, it is better to stay on the road, as there are mostly lattice stairs and bridges.

February 13, 2022,Winterwanderung - Pürschlinghaus
Recommended in winter for tourers, snowshoe hikers and for downhill skiing with a bobsleigh or sled. If you are "only" on foot, then don't forget your Grödl and sticks

2 hours ascent, half an hour of great sledding. 🤩🛷Super tour

Showing Translation

Unfortunately, except for the first half hour, only gravel / tar paths.
When the weather is great, there is certainly a nice view when you arrive at the hut

Showing Translation

Moderately difficult climb to the Pürschling. Great view and family hut to relax

Finally been on the mountain again 😍
It was a really nice hike, but at the same time quite strenuous as it was constantly going uphill.
A highlight at the beginning is the Schleifmühlklamm. A gem 😍
And then there is the small, beautiful St. Joseph's Chapel.
We walked up and down the direct path (forest road).

Start at the Steckbergalm parking lot. Good and partly steep ascent to the summit. Forest path and forest path. Past the Pürschling and August-Schuster-Haus. Same way back to the parking lot.

The tenth stage of the Spitzenwanderweg is quite short compared to the previous ones and offers you the opportunity to climb the panoramic summit of the Teufelstättkopf right at the start. If you prefer to descend directly to Unterammergau, the route continues via the rocky Pürschling and the picturesque St. Joseph's Chapel down into the valley. Shortly before the finish, …

I should actually go slowly because I'm currently a bit restricted, but today I got some support and chose a well-trodden tour that is possible without snowshoes! And I was sick of the mountains 🫠
What was really hard, however, was that my companion was able to go down in a Zipfelbob, which would be too dangerous for me at …
