Today, a lovely walk around the Den Treek estate. From Maarn to the Pyramid of Austerlitz. Passing Henschoten Lake. Unfortunately, no wolf sightings.

The Henschotermeer is currently prohibited for walkers. More convenient to go straight on the road after which the route adjusts. Not so nice along the road unfortunately, otherwise a nice route.

I had already seen this round (and parts of it) a few times (including at @Ainhoa, @Aad en Milla and @Ria van den Heuvel, THANKS) .... and then finally decided to run it. This is a pleasantly varied round with forests, heathland, beautiful country houses, lakes and of course the Pyramid. I suspect that it can be very busy here …
