Even on vacation on the Baltic Sea, you can go hiking! A short hike along the cliffs to the breeding grounds of the ringed plover. Unfortunately, this small bird is threatened with extinction. Then, back above the cliffs to Boltenhagen.

Perfect hiking weather today, so off to the cliffs. Rough and original, there is a lot to see. We went back up at Steinbeck beach, via Redewisch back towards Boltenhagen and were rewarded at the Eiscafe Venezia. 😊
