Overall a nice hike but a bit much about roads. You could also do the hiking tour just at Fonte Benémola, which is a beautiful circular route, and then drive to the white village.
Or you save some road if you take the paths that go down from point 9 onwards. The path seems to come down the way described. …

Nice family hiking circuit. Did if with my 6 years old son who really enjoyed the view, the rocks, the walk. Good idea to start and end the circuit at querenca for the beautiful church and the restaurant where you can have a drink and lunch for a very decent price!
