This is a lovely route, but it was very trafficacious today because of Rali Ceredigion going on this weekend. Also the weather forgot to check and adhere to the forecast and we got a bit wet 🙄. But pleased to have done back to back 50s this weekend 😊

Lovely end to a long week ❤️ Finally the weather is warmer and the sun was out. Still some snow up in the mountains, but the roads were clear of snow and ice. Feeling calm 🙂

Really happy to have done a ride like this again...and the sunshine came out too 🌞 The new muscles I found in the gym this winter, with the help of Ben the gym trainer, supported my knees and made me feel much much stronger and much much more comfortable. So very happy 😊
