Very nice small reservoir above Gurtnellen/Amsteg. You can go quite far up with the Intschi cable car. It is best to take the road from Gurtnellen by MTB (in the beginning long asphalt, last third over the highest point Heissigegg 1409 m on gravel). The lake tour on foot is worthwhile. Large shady picnic area with benches and two small restaurants.
The downhill from Rinderstafel 1329 m to Intschi train station 649 m is tough, long and rough, S2.

On the way from the Arnisee up to the Sunniggrathütte you first hike through a beautiful forest with rooty paths and then the terrain widens and you walk over a really beautiful high moor with wonderful views.

The paths up to here are easy to walk (T2) and do not require a head for heights or the like.
