Above the caldera of this crater on Volcan Congo there is a managed hut with a magnificent view and delicious empanadas. Mostly locals come here to eat, kayak and hike.

We only made it to the end of Laguna Hule. There are actually two other lakes to discover: Laguna Bosque Alegre and Laguna Congo. The route then continues for another …
