I start my run through the Greune Stee and reach the south beach. The beach is deserted - no wonder with the strong wind. I have to fight quite a bit against the wind, but I enjoy the fresh air and the wonderful climate at the edge of the sea. You could also call it Thalasso jogging. 🏃‍♀️
