A very nice hike, my first in minimalist shoes: it's validated, I loved it on the dirt, the pine needles, the leaves, the light gravel... and much less on the sharp stones, BUT: no pain in my knees or heels. Probably because the lack of cushioning and ankle support forces you to be very careful where you put your feet …
