A beautiful, flat tour for cycling (or racing). Be sure to plan a break in the stunningly beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The Lahn cycle path is beautiful, but in good weather it's busy and narrow—if you want to go fast, you'd better take the road. Otherwise: Enjoy!
