Nice varied walk around the Zuidlaardermeer.

Start at De Groeve on the P next to the Hunze. And via unpaved footpaths and a concrete cycle path towards Kropswolde. Then follows a beautiful part through the Leinwijk nature reserve: a flood marsh with natural water purification where the Kikkoman mill ensures the changing water levels.
