A beautiful introductory tour (Rother Hiking Guide, Abruzzo Tour 1) through a gorge with an immense number of caves on either side of the river. A pleasant trail a little higher up leads you back to the starting point. There shouldn't be too much water, though. 😉. Definitely worth recommending.
