Beautiful ride. The ascent of the Lucretili mountains (from Tivoli towards the Salaria) is a hoot. It climbs gently and continuously and lets you pedal without ever big jerks. Beautiful mountains. Very few cars and traffic. All in all, highly recommended. The section towards Palombara and then Marcellina winds through beautiful olive groves with looming mountains.
