In the deepest Erzgebirge winter we went to the well-visited Schwarzwassertal in wonderful spring weather. Paths relatively dry, only a few remains of snow.
A detour to Katzenstein was a must. The view is fantastic as always. Unfortunately there are also many larger dead areas.
