Finished st the cafe in Thredkeld for a delicious. Sandwich. And a chat with a gellow cyclist . Fantastic. Views on a perfect summers day then teturned to the caravan. Site at Burns Farm.
A climb of around 300m on roads from Aira Force to reach the start of the Old Coach Road. Then around 10km of track, loose, rocky and technical in places. Good cafe in Threlkeld. Route back includes some off road sections and mostly quiet lanes until the final section on A road back to Aira Force. Limited parking available at …
