May 18, 2025,Thames Path: Kingston to Shepperton

Was planning a duvet day after Eurovision but the spring weather seemed too good to miss. Always lovely to head back to Kingston and see my old Palace (Road), but overall this stretch is a little bleugh... Lots of missed opportunities for wild swimming tho - I was very jealous of everyone in their swimmers or on paddleboards! 😎

Loved the ferry crossing at Shepperton and both the towpath around Hampton Park and the park itself. Very crowded around Walton and onwards on a Saturday in August.
