Although we all already know the routes, the change of perspective is very attractive. Where you usually look out of the forest and from the field paths onto the road, today it is exactly the other way around. Sometimes a familiar forest looks completely different.

But right on the doorstep, many friends and otherwise nice conversations with the few other hikers (we were really just a fringe group). The weather was kind too, so it was a successful day with a practice session.
