Steep approach, partly via built-in steps. Not all of it is bikeable, but then you can go down! I wouldn't take the small path directly from the tower down to the village. It's a hiking trail, steeply downhill, with some scrambling. You have to carry your bike in places. You should be an expert, and even that will be difficult.
