Good hike I went clockwise as like to climb first Route was hard to follow at start maybe be easier to see if climbing down Gorge
No matter what way you go there is climbing involved and a very high level of fitness is required
Good footwear also needed Wouldn't recommend trainers

We started through the Roza Gorge and then walked back up to the starting point.

At the end there was the possibility to make a detour to the Empasa Gorge.

The path at the beginning was not necessarily recognizable as such. It was more like climbing through the former river bed. There were always red markings for orientation.
