Once you pass Wat Pha Lat the trail is very steep up to Wat Phra That - non slippy shoes essential for this to be enjoyable! Sections of the route will require you to use your hands to steady yourself on steep/ uneven ground. Take your time & plenty of water/ snacks!!

The paths are sometimes difficult (steep, slippery, rocky) or difficult to find. This is not an easy tour.

A very nice hike that goes through the jungle. (I think you actually have to notify some authority for parts of the route) I would say at least the part between the waterfalls was very difficult. The rest was easy though.

The tour is absolutely beautiful, but very demanding in many places and definitely not of medium difficulty. The jungle is incredibly beautiful and also strenuous to hike. But the great impressions are worth it.
