In contrast to the Neugaul bivouac site, the bivouac site is quite small, located directly on a farm road, and no longer has a toilet block. There is a sign indicating what you can and can't do, but overall it seems rather neglected, which is, of course, just a brief impression.

The bivouac site is located directly on the Mucker, an old arm of the Oder not far from the Oder river. For bikepackers there is a good opportunity to camp on the bivouac meadow. In addition, the site has a covered seating area and a toilet house. The site is free of charge and can be used all year round. If you want to stay here, you should follow the "Leave No Trace" rules!

Was there today. The grass is a meter high and the shelter is also collapsing. A shame for this otherwise quite idyllic place.
