The West Humber River flows south from the Oak Ridges Moraine through Caledon, Brampton, and the Claireville Conservation Area before joining the main Humber River in Toronto. Designated as part of the Canadian Heritage Rivers System, this beautiful stretch winds through forest and wetlands, providing important habitat for fish, turtles, birds, and other wildlife.
