A great all-season trail along Beach Lake to a scenic viewpoint overlooking Knik Arm. It is a wide, level, gravel trail with multiple picnic tables and scenic benches to enjoy. This is a very kid and dog friendly trail, although dogs must be leashed per Anchorage Muni code. This trail connects to multiple dog mushing trails, which are open to hikers in the summer. Beach Lake is also stocked with Rainbow Trout.
