The manor house, rebuilt in 1906, originally belonged to Erich Adler. After his death in 1915, his son Otto took over the estate.
After the war, the building was used as a school, municipal office, and post office. From 1985 to around 2023, it housed a hair salon.
Extensive renovation took place in 1999/2000. Afterwards, the house was the headquarters of the Grundstücks-Entwicklungs-Gesellschaft (GEG), which significantly developed the area.
Today, the house is privately owned and offers residential and commercial spaces.
