Gravel riding
Paraza is a wine-growing village in Minervois in the Aude region, rich in its history dating back beyond the Roman period. It is marked by the construction of the Canal du Midi, which at the time saw Pierre Paul Riquet reside at the Château de Paraza during the work on the Canal and the Répudre aqueduct.
