The starting point for the 2nd part of the Via Francigena Sud is in Foggia. Here, in front of the train station, stands the statue "The Traveler", symbolically representing the homecoming after long years of work far from home, but also us pilgrims, who always go new ways and then hopefully arrive home happy again.
