The cultural center "Alekos Megaris" (Πολιτιστικό Κέντρο «Αλέκος Μέγαρης") in Aigio, was named in honor of the late mayor of Aigio, Alekos Megaris.
The building was originally the old hospital of Aigio. After being damaged by the 1995 earthquake, it was extensively restored in 1997 and converted into a cultural center.
The main hall can accommodate up to 200 people, with an additional balcony for 50 more guests. It serves as a venue for lectures, seminars, concerts or theater performances.
