Hiking
This section, about 7 miles in on the Kalalau Trail is a challenging cliff-side stretch with narrow footing and ocean drop-offs. Take your time along this section. When conditions are good, you can enjoy some great views along this section, but be extra careful if conditions are wet or slippery. There are times when conditions are extreme, and it is better to wait or turn around than risk this segment of the trail.
