Caribou Mountain Trail is a steep ascent with great views all along the hike. It is a good idea to avoid hiking this trail from April 1st to June 15th to avoid disturbing the sheep, as that time is lambing season. There is a small stream crossing that can be done as a rock hop if the stream is running, it is often dry.
