90 middle and high school students find space in our boarding school. The lessons for middle school students take place in the modern learning rooms. An external campus of the public Brixen middle school "Oswald von Wolkenstein" is housed in Neustift Abbey. This way, the middle school students don't even have to leave the house on their way to class.

The parish church of St. Margaret is located in the northern part of the monastery complex, between the collegiate church, the cemetery, and the Oswald von Wolkenstein House. It was only elevated to an independent parish around the middle of the 15th century; until then, during the Middle Ages, it had been a filial church of the Natz parish. The first chapel, first mentioned in 1293, also dates from this period.
It has beautiful fresco fragments, but unfortunately is not always open.
