The church is located at the crossroads of Via Assietta and Via Madonna delle Grazie, three dirt roads that are part of the Via Francigena. From the south, the notable exposed stone apse stands out, topped by the circular structure, also made of exposed stone; from the north, the plastered façade, with its neoclassical forms, and the bell tower. I'm not entirely sure if you're allowed to get there by bike, but at worst, you can push it for a hundred meters.
