Hiking
Walking, running or biking everything is great on this trail. In the springtime there is often water running over the trail so plan to get a little wet or wear special clothes. Also as for all forrest areas in Massachusetts, watch out for moskitos and ticks. Pro tip: be faster as those little suckers. (pun intended)
