Adjacent to the Botanical Garden is the Miniby, a replica of Kolding in the 19th century, which is maintained, built, and maintained by volunteers. Admission to the Botanical Garden and Miniby is approximately 90 kroner for an adult. (As of September 2005)

Cycling
The botanical garden offers many different corners and plants. There are picnic seating areas and also some covered pavilions. I particularly liked the seating areas in the greenhouses and the rose garden.

Unfortunately, we were not very impressed with the botanical garden. Very unkempt, it partly looked more like a jungle. We have seen much nicer ones in Germany.
