Especially at the weekend, the park is touristy frequented. If you are looking for a quieter holiday then you should use the nearby Goldsteinpark for your rounds.
Tip: The park has a public toilet. :) In addition, it is illuminated in large parts at night, so that you can turn your laps in the dark.

Cycling
Cycling is not allowed in the park. When the weather is nice, there are simply too many pedestrians on the road.
The lake is an absolutely recommendable destination, with a great beer garden and pedal boat rental.
