The highest point of the hike, Zeleni Vrh (1,334 m), rewards you with wide-open views across the rolling green mountains of southeastern Serbia. A simple summit marker made of local stones and a wooden post adds a rustic charm. The panorama is spectacular on clear days, with endless forested ridges and distant peaks. Expect some exposure to sun and wind — bring layers and plenty of water. There’s limited shade at the top, but it’s perfect for a long break, lunch, and photos.
