A lovely peaceful place to gaze out across the estuary and if you are a birder to observe the bird life. Unfortunatelty there are no facilities here apart from a car park, two benches and one 6 seater picnic table (in the car park itself) There are no toilets here. The nearest facilities are in Booths supermarket (for patrons) at Hesketh Bank, 2.4 miles (3.8km) away or Southport, 9 miles (14km).
