- Until 1970, farmers delivered their milk here
- So-called "Milchhäusle" were milk collection points in southern Germany
- Here, farmers delivered their milk to the surrounding area
- From the "Milchhäusle" it was transported to the wholesale buyer (= dairy/milk cooperative)
