The railway water tower built in 1941 by the Germans is 32 meters high and was built as part of the expansion of the railway infrastructure during World War II. It replaced the previously destroyed tower at the station in Sieradz, adapting the railway junction to the increased transport needs. It is an interesting example of technical architecture from that period.
