Hart Lake is part of the Warner Lakes Chain and is most likely to have water. It is an important habitat for water fowl, snakes and native fish. In 2024, after two years with lots of snowfall, Hart Lake had plenty of water, but in 2022 it was almost completely dry already during spring. It is used for irrigation and there are hordes of mosquitos in late spring and summer.
