Saint Augustus along the Maas. A special church building, no longer in use as a church, but as an event location and as a rehearsal space for the famous Mestreechter Staar. This towering church is iconic for the Kesselskade. It is currently in use as a party location so was not accessible for visitors.

Hiking

The Augustinian Church is a Baroque church building in the center of the Dutch city of Maastricht, located on the Kesselskade on the Meuse River. The church was built in the 17th century as a monastery church for the Augustinian Order. At the end of the 18th century, the monastery was dissolved, and from then on, the church served a variety of functions. Since 1966, the Augustinian Church has been a national monument.
