The contract for the transfer of the judicial and police powers of the Buseck Valley Patrimonial Court was drawn up on December 9, 1826, and ratified by the von Buseck family on February 1, 1827. Upon ratification, the transfer took effect. The Thal Town Hall building was thus relieved of its previous function.
