Start & End: Fichtelberg (Fichtelsee) via Wunsiedel and Selb to Aš (Asch) in the Czech Republic.
Characteristics: Low gradients; largely runs on former railway lines.
Trail condition: Predominantly well-developed, asphalted or on fine gravel.

Cycling
Without any major inclines, the cycle path runs along former railway lines over a dozen listed bridges, along many sights and numerous places to stop for a break. The Fichtel Mountains natural area also has a lot to offer: botanical, geological and zoological features alternate along the bridge cycle path.
